I work at the intersection of product management, UX, and engineering. I build products across web and mobile by collaborating cross-functionally to deliver integrated experiences from beginning to end.

 I am passionate about human-centered design and practice end-to-end UX by solving users' problems while unlocking business opportunities and results.

I am currently a Sr. Product Manager Tech for Audible (an Amazon company) where I manage features within content discovery of both the web & native iOS/Android apps aiming to improve CX for customers while focusing on experimentation and conversion rate optimization.

I have been working on great B2C/B2B eCommerce projects: new features for mobile app & responsive website, web accessibility, conversion rate optimization (CRO), as well as putting a new UX research practice in place.
