Current Projects

I have been working on different projects that focus on a long-term vision of UX as well as strategic projects that focus on business objectives. I interact daily with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver features from our product roadmap for both web and mobile.

UX RESEARCH

Working with external agency to create a full plan for a UX Research dedicated stream of work. The roadmap includes foundational and exploratory research. Currently, working on quantitative and qualitative studies including surveys and customer interviews.

CONVERSION RATE OPTIMIZATION

Planning and executing several experiment concepts across shopping experience to increase e-commerce conversions and improve overall user experience. A/B Tests includes homepage, product pages, cart and checkout.

UX/UI DESIGN SPRINTS

Based on user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing, I work with designers on design sprints, as well as with the development teams to implement new features on regular development release cycles.

MOBILE APP

Implementing new features as part of the mobile app product roadmap. This work includes prioritizing features on the product backlog, working with designers on the experience, user testing of prototypes, and UAT with the mobile app development and testing teams.

WEB ACCESSIBILITY

Evaluating and adapting responsive website to comply with WCAG guidelines. The work includes evaluations from ADA experts and discussions with design and UI front-end development teams.
